Is this fuel accumulator REALLY new? See photo

The consignment shop that sold the car said they replace the fuel accumulator as of six months ago. I am tracking down a fuel Rich problem and took a photo of the fuel accumulator. It looks like it could be new – but wanted to see what you guys thought. Thank you

By looking at the color, it looks new, it's not dirty. I can't tell if the hoses are new. They should have been replaced. I don't think rich fuel would be caused by the accumulator. If you are not having any hot start problems it's probbaly fine.
