I was going to start my next fix on the car.
i am pretty sure the windshield washer pump is bad. I cant really test that it is getting voltage since it is covered.
All but one bolt that holds the tank on is spinning. There are not coming loose, just spinning in place.
My plan is to use a Dremmel and a drill to cut and drill them out.
Before i do that, is there any easier way to remove all those bolts?
