View Full Version : Wanted WANTED: Craig radio rear bracket

Hi all,

The Craig radio is supposed to be supported at the rear by a bracket / metal brace and nut that connects the radio to the underside of the dashboard.

Has anyone got one of these brackets for sale?

I don't have the dimensions of the bracket in front of me, but I imagine if you want a cheap alternative you could make your own easily enough with a piece of steel strap that has pre-drilled holes every few millimeters that you can bend appropriately. Any hardware store will have it. Not sure what the official name for that stuff is.

I agree re the hanger strap but if someone was shooting for concours and this was really important to them, what is their option for this part?

Also, where does the non-radio side attach?
