I HATE mice!!!!!

Found that some f@ckin mice made a home in my relay compartment over the winter. Looks like the damage isn't too bad fortunately.
What is the black plug for in the second pic and does anyone have a part number for a replacement?

I carbed so I don't have any idea about kjet issues....No experience with kjet whatsoever.

Best to make sure nothing is plugged into it. It's purpose was for cars in high altitude locations to improve starting. It is not to be used except for testing purposes. The factory never released a relay for it.
