Part Identification!

Im putting my car back together and I don't remember what this piece is. Its a metal bracket with a rubber weather strip and I think it goes with the windshield trim but Im not sure.

That mounts on the door sill.

Also, when installing the new rubber seal (that is riveted to that bracket), one tip is to make sure to cut the holes to leave your door drain holes clear, and make sure they are lined up properly (left on left, etc.).
