Looking for a PRV rebuilder referral

Well it looks like the turbo that was previously on 4194 has damaged the rings beyond repair (massive blow-by and leakage). Thus, I would like to get the rings replaced and have the heads rebuilt. Does anyone have contact info for a engine rebuilder who is willing / able to rebuild a PRV?

Turbo PRVs are DPI's specialty. I'd at least get options from DPI in addition to DMC-MW and decide which vendor offers the best solution for your car, budget, and objectives.

When deciding to rebuild the motor get some prices on replacing the motor. You may find it is faster and cheaper than rebuilding. In fact, a Stage II may be affordable. By the time you do all of the disassembly, inspection, machining, and buying parts and reassembly, a good used or crate motor would have been a better choice. Also ask about what kind of warranty.

Consider talking to Ed Uding in Europe as well; he has done multiple turbo engines and can recommend the appropriately 'beefed up' parts for the rebuild.
