Wow, I didn?t realize those engines made that kind of power. I was thinking that?s a great way to get over 200 hp. Man, was I off. I guess you are going to have to go easy on the tranny.

407 crank hp 354wheel hp 329wheel tq. 24 psi boost.
Porsche G96 6 speed will handle 500 wheel all day.
This ecoboost has upgrades
Cams

Teaser:

The Ecoboost DeLorean is nasty. Got a grudge bet with a friend back home. This was my one and only attempt at a 0 to 60.

It was sloppy

Spun off line ...Rev limiter sloppy shift to 2nd. Rev limiter to 3rd.

She's got more in her.

Towards the end of the video

I tossed my brother the keys. Without warning. Didn't teach him how to drive it or anything . He's driven a lot of fast stuff. His reaction is way better then any words I could type about the car.

nice Restauration Story!

I was mostly interested in the Seat Covers, because I'm looking for new ones.

You still have the LSeat covers? How do they behave after a few years? You have current pics?

It's like cowhide leather. And too tight on the seat . I wouldn't do them again.

Big update on 2706. I un BTTF eeerd her interior . That?s right I said it . Super happy about it . Love the car so much more now. Did a lot of work to her this week restoring the interior to stock .
New center console plate
Used Origional steering wheel
New nos center pad
Put a Yoda clock in to replace my Origional
New dummy switches and def switch to Match the DMC Houston light up window switches
New dash mat as a short term solution until I have time to restore the dash.
Fixed saggy seat cushions
New DMOCO drivers torsion bar
New Houston door struts
New Houston drivers window regulator
Restored all the grill clips and hardware on front grill
Have a deposit on a Houston LFF to replace mine. Will probably paint facias at the same time if install
Tomorrow she will get new steering column clamshells and that will finish the seat forward restoration. Then I can get started on getting the rear parcel shelf back to stock

Luckily I saved everything and did the bttf install in a mostly removable non destructive way .

Check out the you tube channel to see all the work .

Remember when I flared the front fenders . I didn?t know someone had repaired and thinned the metal on my left front fenders so it split. I will probably have it repaired once I pull it off the car but I am gonna try a new Dmc fender

Delorean Go clamshells.

The long screw for the bottom he sells is about 1/4” too short. Just grabbed one out of my shop . Clamshells are a nice product .
