DeLorean Owners Association sticker removal?

Has anyone removed this sticker? I want to remove it but am not sure if it's the kind that will come off easy or will be a pain and leave residue behind forever.

Should be easy with a razor blade scraper. Even if it leaves residue, you could probably use goo gone.

Goo Gone or rubbing alcohol will take any adhesive left behind right off.

I decided to give it a shot. I came off very clean with no residue.

Forgive my ignorance, but what's the story behind these stickers? I have one on my car and I see them on a lot of DeLoreans. Were they installed in the 80s as part of the official club or are they something more recent? I was considering removing mine as it seems to look like an angry pacman from a distance, but I want to fully understand the history of them before I do so.

I don't know the history, either. But am curious. I sure hope it's not something super cool considering I just took mine off.

The were put on by owners who were members of the DOA. When you joined they mailed you a sticker.

And they still do if you join today. You get that, and a nice magazine every so often.
