Sorry I was away from a computer the past few days (and I do not use TapaTalk),
so here are a few images of a San Diego Craigslist ad that popped up late last week.

As a few AZ DeLorean owners know, these two project DeLoreans have been offered
several times (ads and auctions) over nearly the past two decades.

As of yesterday, they were apparently "sold" again and the ad has been removed.
Saving (and comparing) a few images, for future historical reference of these cars.

A couple photos of the cars, as listed in the ad this month.

A couple photos of the cars, as listed in an ad back in 2000.

For some of the "older" crowd, the 2 photos from 2000 were
posted in a Classifieds 2000 ad (popular before ebay and CL).

I saw that and I guess I don't understand why someone would offer them for such a low price? Are they hoping to encourage a bidding war, perhaps?

Not sure on the low price either, but it may have to do with unregistered cars being "stored" in a residential driveway
in San Diego, CA. The urgency to have these cars "moved" ASAP may have something to do with the low price in ad.

If you see it come up again, any of us here can go take a look too.

Ya, if they pop up again on craigslist maybe I'll go for a drive and check them out. Weird because I usually search on San Diego's CL every so often just to see what's around and have never seen those listed before.

One "local" source reported the stainless car was VIN..2314.
July 81 build, with 5-speed and black interior.

That roll cage is rather poorly executed- it's at eye level (it would be for me at least). What a terrifying jalopy!

I saw those pictures and nearly fell off my chair. I thought my car was in rough shape. hahah

Unless Bhcc is now pressure washing interiors, the "Rally" caged Delorean looks pretty clean inside, like its never been offroaded or raced, was just some poorly built car that wasn't finished.

Has some interesting Bilsteins on the back.

That rollcage mounting is horrible. Those skinny little flat things won't hold a thing if that car rolls over. The poor car. Someone needs to save it from that rollcage. :(

Pics are up of the white car, although it appears to have the RFF of the SS car

For all you owners crying out "I want a project DeLorean in any condition", now's your chance

Decent frame though
