When I got my car their was not even a fuse in that spot in the fuse box. I went to pep boys to get some 10A fuses and replaced it. It was working for a week or so then it blew. I replaced it twice in a 3 week span. It might be because I swaped a few of the lights with led lights instead of original bulbs. any further insight would be much appreciated! thanks!!!

You may have a bad LED that you installed. Or it may be a wire shorting or light socket. It sounds like you run for a while so you problem is intermittent which leads me to believe you have a shorting wire somewhere.
What lights did you install LEDs in?

The truck compartment, engine bay and the interior lamp.

Check your wiring on the interior lamps. They can be finicky. The best way to find this sort of thing is to disconnect the loads one at a time and see if any of that fixes it.

The plastic light in the engine compartment is known to melt if the light (non-LED) stays on for any length of time. The brass contacts get hot, melt the plastic, and then touch each other causing a short. Disconnect it and see if the fuse holds.

What Style(type) LED did you use in the interior lamp? Open or enclosed.
I use a six pack on open board style. The LED's are elevated slightly off the board leaving the bare legs exposed. One day I rocked the lens the opposite way I normally have it and POOF? blew the fuse instantly. The exposed legs made contact with the Metal frame where the sides are bent inward to form a stop for the lens movement. I ended up tweaking the metal lip to hopefully prevent it from happening again. Note the the metal legs must be there to act as a stop. if the lens rocks too far you will loose the BB detent ball. Ask me how I know?
