Looks really good. How far along is the restoration now? The video cuts showing one of the wheels. I like how the wheels were finished off, too. Are those 15" both front and rear?

Curious about the rotors, too. Do you know where he got them?

Thank you for sharing.

Electrically, interior, saddler work remains.
Yes the wheels are 15",the steering rack is redbuilt.(reconstructions).After sandblasting and coating, the surface was finishing in a turning machine.
He got the rotors from Summit Racing.

I remember the dmctalk album about this car before the crash.
Hope you will be able to do it again and share this great project.
Thank you for the video :)

Very awesome build!

15's all around might not be original, but from a cost standpoint (rotate wheels every 5k miles) it is very smart. Absolutely love the black inner, machined outer look. I do wonder how long that lasts, or do you clear over the wheels after machining the surface to seal the edge of the powder coat? I would imagine it would start to let go pretty soon if you didn't do that. Not to mention the machined part starting to corrode.

I love the engine. I love the looks of a black engine with chrome accents.

All the stainless roof part came for Ed Uding?

It says Delorean.eu, so yes, I assume it comes from Ed. I think he had it chemically polished like his frame.

I have to say this is absolutely superb!!! If he continues this craftmanship all the way to the end (incl. interiour) it is going to be one of the nicest Deloreans in existance.
