I know that people are often trying to hunt down original NCT tires.

I also understand there is a rule about not posting links to for-sale ads of items you don't own.

So I'll just say that I was browsing Roanoke Craigslist today and really enjoyed it. That's it. End of story.

I have to say that while I have seen many owners being advised to sell their NCTs to "concours" owners, I have never actually seen anybody place an ad looking of for them. ;)


Also, it's OK to link to a craigslist ad in the "Open Discussion" sub-forum for something that you have found on-line that isn't yours. It's a good way to start a discussion. I usually add a disclaimer that I am not affiliated with the sale. If it's particularly good I will save the photos and upload them for when the ad is "deleted by author"

What is frowned upon is

a) Placing a post in the For Sale section for something you own that solely contains a link to your ebay or craigslist ad, so you are not really offering it for sale to forum members

b) placing a post in the For Sale section for something you don't actually own, just that you have seen it on-line somewhere.

I don't know this person or the item, I have a Google Alert set up for anything Delorean that comes through Craigslist, and this popped up. I'm not local to this item, so I can't check it out for anyone.
