Window track scraping tint

Hi guys. I just put on the new updated window fuzzies from DMC and noticed that it doesn't actually snug to the window on most of the window length. When I lower my window halfway down the top edge of the track begins to scrape it and cut my window tint. Anyone found a way to keep the window track from doing that? Here is a picture showing the window track edge touching my window and here's a picture of the scrape it is making.

Anyone else that has this issue. I ended up just grabbing the central guide and pulling it towards me when I was sitting inside the car to bend it. That works good enough.
