suitable engine donor

Is this a suitable engine donor? guy says its a 1988 760 gle 2.8 liter. I have everything else off my engine that would be needed to swap over to fit the delorean oil pan. I have already planned on a tear down of any donor motor anyways.

That would be correct. As a quick reference, the latest you want to go for K-Jetronic would be 1986.

All post 86 engines were even fire and efi, they are better engines but not drop in without ignition and fuel system modification.
