Fuel tank closing plate dimensions

Does anybody have the exact dimensions of a fuel closing plate?
As I'm in Brazil, it's complicated to import such part because of the size and weight.

I put my closing plate on the floor and measured it out. Printed a 1:1 drawing of it to confirm the dimensions. This is mine.

As you can see my closing plate has a few rust holes and is badly pitted.
