The car runs great for the first 30 min, then it starts missing when i try to accelerate above 1500 rpm.
It almost feels like it's loading up.
Thanks,
Robert

Check your pickup coil connector and make sure it's clean and tight. Mine was so badly corroded I removed it and soldered the wires.
What I would do is replace the ignition coil first since that is the cheapest. Then try another ignition ECU. If the problem still exists it may be the pickup coil in the ignition distributor.

Does your car have an automatic or manual transmission, Robert?
While an engine missing (a cylinder not firing when it should) isn't going to be transmission related, your description of "loading up" made me think it could be an automatic transmission shift computer problem. When the circuitry fails in those shift computers, it can show up more pronounced as the car warms up and it can also feel like there is a delay or build-up to getting power to the wheels when you hit the gas. They don't all fail the same way, but thought I'd mention it nonetheless.
...POST count = VIN !!! hehe... ok, I'm done!

Could also be fuel related. Check the pick-up hose. If it is soft it could be collapsing or kinking when the fuel gets warm/hot. Typically if it is the ignition coil the motor doesn't miss, it just stops. If you have less than 1/2 tank of fuel it is often more noticeable. See if it is the same on a full tank. If it improves then you can figure the problem is in the fuel tank.
