Getting things back together after having removed my front fascia and trying to do it right.

There is one of these on each side: http://store.delorean.com/p-9392-stay-frt-fender.aspx

The lower end of this brace connects to the bottom edge of the quarter panel. My question is whether it also attaches together with the far corner of the spoiler?

What makes me wonder is this screw on the front fascia page: http://store.delorean.com/p-9711-sems-screw-m5.aspx

There is no separate hole in the lower edge of the quarter panel for these two things to screw into independently and so figured they must be one and the same. Correct?

I have found a number of fasteners either missing on my front end or stripped out and am trying to figure out the puzzle of it all and get it back the way it was intended. Thanks.
