I just saw a commercial for Top Gear (US Version) tomorrow, Sunday 9/18 at 10:00 PM on the history channel. "They are recreating famous cars. I saw a Delorean BTTF and the General Lee.

Lets hope that it's a more positive show for the D than on "The Car Show". We know D's aren't fast by any means, but that doesn't take away the fun factor of ownership!

It's not a DeLorean, it's a Doge Daytona and, after that airs, I'm going to start telling people that it was a Dodge Daytona in Back to the Future.


Tanner, Rutledge and Adam create versions of their favorite Hollywood cars and then pit them against each other to see whose is best. Tanner and Rutledge race a horse and two Mustangs through the Utah desert.

So, don't expect a real DeLorean.

It was a Nissan, not a DeLorean. I don't know the model, though. All-in-all, it was a fairly amusing episode.
