Seems to be run/owned by a Bitcoin millionaire called Brock Pierce who seems to be based in Los Angeles rather than the GA that the tag would imply.

Failure of the event coordinators to not assign them number 88 for the car.

I saw that car at DMC Huntington Beach a few weeks ago while I was getting a new windshield.

There are videos of this Delorean running on Instagram. It sounds like it may just have an exhaust kit added on.

The cool fact is that this car showed up to a pricey event like this and is actually being driven!!:elmo1:

I don't think 'getting there first' is the main priority of this event, 'getting noticed' is more the thing (and showing of your money) ... Everybody there is driving a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche or whatever, so a DeLorean surely gets noticed among this lot!

Even more confused over the tag. The green date sticker means that it expired in Sept 2017. I guess it was registered here first and then moved to LA
