Reservoir Seals

Trying to locate a source/part number for the Reservoir Seals for the '2008 Brake Master Cylinder'.
I tried the part number listed in this post: http://dmctalk.org/showthread.php?13506-Brake-Master-Cylinder-Leaking-Now-What&p=194883&viewfull=1#post194883
But they are not the correct size for the stock Reservoir, that post may have been in reference to the Saab Reservoir.

I did call James at DMC Texas, but they do not stock the seals separately.
He is currently looking to see if he could pull some off a used unit.

Does anyone already have the part number for these seals? It must exist somewhere as they are being used on rebuilt units.

I plan to get a new Master Brake Cylinder in the future since the current one is 10 years old, just looking for a cheaper temp solution.

This is what you want. I had a leak at the reservoir. These seals seem to have corrected the issue.

Alternatively you can call Danny at DMC-CA and see if they still have break master seal kits. Last year I was at the shop and noticed they had NOS original Girling seal kits on the shelf. Wouldn't hurt to ask if they still have them.

Danny was out also. Only comes with new master.

I ordered the ones you provided the link to from the UK, I will report back once bench tested.

Make sure the reservoir is fully inserted into the seals and that the seals are properly inserted into the master cylinder. Another cause for leakage is if you put the reservoir on backwards. It hits the booster and won't sit right and leaks. Before inserting the seals lubricate well with brake fluid. You should feel the reservoir "pop" into place when done right. If you overfill the reservoir it can look like it is leaking too. Carefully examine the reservoir for any damage or cracks around the nipples that go into the seals.

That's what I'm not feeling. The reservoir outlets ports are not tight in the seal. I removed the seals from the master as a test. They slide onto the ports with little to no friction that you would expect from rubber that should make a "liquid" tight seal.
