Tighten pedal box

Hi all

Does anyone know how to tighten the pedal box to the frame? Unusually mine is lose and causing a racket (when pressure is put in steering and also the pedals). It is most definitely when the pedal box attaches to the frame but not sure how to get at the top bolts. Also I think it is also glued so will need to see if the sealant has come lose.

Hi all - solved. With a number of cursory words I found a nut securing the box to the frame missing and the other lose.
