The best way to put on a wide strip.

I bought a wide strip and I am just wondering what is the best method or methods to putting this on the right way.

Put a strip of masking tape on as a guide. Using a spray bottle, spray soapy water on where the decal goes. Pull the carrier off as you roll the decal on. Slide it around till you get it exactly where you want it. Using a squeegee press out the air bubbles and soapy water. Remove the masking tape.

Align your doors (if needed) before you apply the stripe. Otherwise, the stipe will not line up if you do so afterwards, obviously.
