Trick to remove Upper Door Panel when you can't drop the window

Hello all, I need to remove my upper door panel but my Window is stuck so i'm not sure how I can position the flat head screwdriver to pry up on it to get the the Fir Tree's to come out. Any help and suggestions are appreciated?:)

Open the door and pry up at the ends. You will still probably rip a few fir trees out, the cardboard material is crap.
