Blue bulkhead connector

Hi all

I’m hunting down an idle hunt when warm and I noticed if I pulled out the blue bulkhead plug (the one that has the orange diagnostic lead) the engine idles perfectly. What would this suggest? I believe I am running quite rich and I can’t get the dwell to swing (it stays at 35). Frequency valve is working and it has a new O2 sensor.

There are two pins on the blue bulkhead that go directly to two pins of the lambda ECU. So pulling the blue connector removes the lambda ECU grounds and will change the mixture.
