Any tricks to get the two cables to stay on the swing bracket under the hand brake, cause it ain’t exactly the easiest thing to get both on at the same time, only to pop back off!

Try holding it up with a zip tie, then cutting it off and pulling the tie out after it’s in place.

It was in place and I thought it was tight but came out.
I’ll try a zip tie that’s a good idea

No, you do not have to leave the zip tie in place. It was used just to hold the cable in place while moving/installing the bracket.

Make sure that the other end of the cables and sheaths are adjusted where the swivel starts off square and even when you pull the handle...

If I take the zip ties off it pops off both ends and
Not easy too get in there either
