I’m in the middle of trying to get my car started after a very long time. Some wires were cut. I found where most of them went but I am not seeing where a few grounds go. Underneath the ballast resister there a few ground connections. The only one I can figure out is the one for the engine light switch and I believe one goes to the starter relay. There are two more. Can anyone please tell me where those other two go? One is a heavier gauge like a12 or 14 gauge. Thanks guys
This is not a photo of my car but of the area in question

Although I have no idea what wires you are referring to with no pic, there is a big ground right in that area on the intake corner above #4. Lot of grounds attach there.
I believe there is a ground on the valve cover right there too.

I circled with red the area I am talking about. And yes it’s by cylinder 4. 62995

And one other quick question. I see on the wiring schematics that on the coil there is a yellow wire that goes to the positive side of the coil. My wiring only has a white/slate wire on the -side and a white on the + side. Where does that yellow wire on the - side go?

You said that was someone else's photo, but I'll mention this in case yours is wired the same way. That connection on the bottom left corner of the resistor is incorrect. That location is not meant to have anything connected. The upper right hand corner though is supposed to have two connections on it.
Here is the schematic:

And here's a photo of my own car to give you another visual:

You can get them via DMCH or Radio Shack or MacGyver your own to suite.
As for the ground you asked about, there are a couple thin black ground wires that terminate together at that screw underneath the resistor, like you've pointed to. The important part though is that this screw and bracket itself is not grounded. Yet. One of those thin black ground wires need to run across the gap to the top of the intake and connect with the big ground bolt right beside where the idle speed motor (ISM) is.
It is this one here:

Mind the mess. That last photo was taken while my own valley work was in progress :P

There should be a capacitor (yellow wire) also on the + side of the coil. Your white wire should be white/yellow so I guess someone changed the wire.

That additional yellow wire goes to the "suppressor coil". I am not 100% clear on what it's intended purpose is/was, but I think it is more crucial than the radio interference contraptions that you might find in other places on your car.
Houston shows them here: https://store.delorean.com/p-6878-suppressor-coil.aspx
But they don't have any. I recently got a replacement (yet to be installed, so can't yet comment on their performance) from DeLoGO and it is here: https://www.deloreango.com/ca/coil-suppressor.html
You'll also need another one of those double connection do-dads, but not the same as the one for the ballast resistor. The one for the top of the coil is here: https://store.delorean.com/p-6866-male-blade.aspx

Not required to start/run for either system...

Thank you Ron. No that isn’t a photo of my setup. I have it wired correctly. I just saw that there was a ground wire cut and wasn’t sure where it went. After many MANY YEARS years and long complicated history and with the help of some of the forum members here I was able to obtain a motor that I completely rebuilt and went the carb route (I know I know). I just want to get car started and running again. I had everything installed and tried starting it this weekend but to no avail. No spark. So I narrowed it down to that ground, maybe a faulty ignition ECU, a frayed pickup wire that I just ordered, and maybe a distributor. I’m so psyched to get her running again
So there should be a wire going to engine. But no ground going through the bulkhead to the ignition ECU correct?

It is a white/yellow wire coming from ballast resistor. I was going on memory rather than actually looking.
