replacing shift bolts and bushings

I'm just about to replace the bolts and bushings in the 5spd shift linkages...
anyone have the torque specs?
do I need to lubricate the parts before reassembly?
any other advice?

Linkages should be greased, but of course not the bushings.
Torque specs for the linkages are unfortunately not specified in the General Data, only for the pivot bolts.
My best guess is to avoid unnecessary force.
Tighten it well, use your experience tightening other parts.
