Needed car inspection in Pittsburgh, PA

I'm looking at a car for purchase in Pittsburgh. Due to unfortunate timing I've yet to actually see the car in person. However I believe it to be in excellent condition and fairly priced.

I'm not looking to knock the owner down on price, this insurance against anything major I might miss and future work. Ideally this would be done on site (North Hills)

Unfortunately I won't be able to take it to DPI (who aren't too far away) until after purchase.

Obviously we are still on lock down like everywhere else, so this is a few weeks away, but PM me and let me know what you'd like in return.

Oh man, thanks. It's been the adventure everyone had promised it would be. And it's not over yet.

The plan has been to get the best car I can afford, so at least I can drive it this summer with some impunity, then
worry about in the fall. That's the plan anyway, can't wait for it to go awry.

For the record, the car is black interior, manual, early VIN, DIN swap, DPI exhaust.
