Should I bother running these? The one in the attached pics is the worst, and two others have slightly less pitting. The other three are fine.
Should I just contact Westwood to buy a new set?

Those pits look to deep to hone out unless you plan to go to over size pistons. I would not use them if the piston rings ride over that area.

I agree. Unless you can oversize them and then get oversize rings and pistons the liners are not usable in that condition. If you do go oversize you must do all 6. Probably cheaper to just replace the pitted liners than to change everything to oversize (assuming you even can!).

It would run, might be slightly down on power, might burn oil. If you don't care and are on a budget, you could get by. But since you have it this far apart anyway, the right thing would be to replace all 6. Can you get a full matched set pistons/rings/liners? That used to be the problem. The OEM parts came in three different size sets, and each pistons has to to match its liner. I'm a bit out of touch with what's available now.

What is the difference between Volvo style and OEM style? Compression Ratio?

This is a Z7X 3.0 engine. The factory 3.0 liners on my engine are all 1 notch which mean 93.00-93.01mm bore.
I decided to place an order with Westwood liners to get a set of six. Since the originals were all 1 notch, I ordered the new ones in the same config. Also bought a new set of Hastings rings, bearings, chains, etc. Pistons and rods will stay original because they are fine and not worth the trouble of a custom order.
At least the engine will be basically new.
