Hi guys, :)

I just got around to replacing o-rings and gaskets and in doing so, removed the Air Intake Manifold Tubes. I'm curious if anyone can tell me if these plastic gaskets are supposed to be here? (In addition to the o-rings?)

Also, if anyone cares to comment on the bolts and washers that came off with the Air Intake Manifold Tubes, I'd much appreciate it. Trouble is, I can figure out if they are correct or not.

And they barely thread inside the Air Intake Manifold as is. Which leads me to believe the are either the wrong size or they have been torqued to oblivion.

Would anyone care to make me less uninformed here? :)
Cheers!

Yes the white plastic spacers on the W pipe is stock. Those bolts get messed up when you put the water deflection plate on so I would get longer bolts and just make sure they don't bottom out so you can't bolt up tight. The long 7 mm bolt sometimes strip the treads in the intake. Mine I had to replace with a 8mm bolt and re-tap the threads.

Thanks, that's good to know. I'll look out for the longer/wider bolts, as I think I may have to re-tap the 4 other ones than the long one. And perhaps the time to do so will be installing the water deflection/antifreeze plate. Thanks!
