Why isnt DMCTALK.org an encrypted website using Https?

my browser, Firefox, does not like it
It seems that nearly every onther site on the web now is, at a minimum, bot not this site

I've found if you use the HTTPS Everywhere (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/https-everywhere/) extension and turn on "Encrypt All Sites Eligible" mode, it works over https right now. I've been using this website like this for a few years now without issue.

This surprised me as well and I agree, if you type your password in over plain text on shared wifi its easy for someone to sniff it.
