It says hand wash so the Vin print is not done before the mug is glazed? Or is it?

I was just asking because I had a mug my daughter got me with my grand kids photos on it and a short time later the photos scratched off.

It's a good question to ask. Josh Porter had his mug for a couple weeks now. I asked him how his was holding up. He said he hasn't seen any wear on his. I'll be sure to update this thread if I hear otherwise.

Thanks!
