Time Machine converted D in Clearwater, anyone here?

This past Saturday I saw a time machine D driving off of East Bay westbound, just curious if it was anyone here? It looked like it was a job pretty well done.

There's been a few articles on a couple of guys (one's a nurse iirc) in Clearwater who partnered up to build a time machine to rent out. (If you google delorean time machine you will probably find the articles). I don't know of any other time machines in Clearwater so it's probably them? AFAIK they aren't involved in the owner groups.
