Droning noise at the front during hot weather

I have been hearing a droning noise coming from the front of my 83, more prevalent during hot weather. Sounds like its originating beyond the dash, possibly where the fuel tank is filled. Any ideas what it could be and how to fix it?

Most likely it's your fuel pump. The OEM style tend to BUZZ when the gas in the tank gets hot.

Ahh, is part #110085A the best replacement for it? What else should be replaced along with the pump for a thorough job?

I've not herd of anyone with the new all in one types ever buzz. It may be your new old style will start buzzing again soon.

Long story short, there are no more good oe pumps. Get a new pump kit from DeLorean Performance (which includes everything) and never worry again.
