question about the market for used chassis, transmission, engine

I'm a new Delorean owner beginning the process of doing an EV conversion (Tesla small drive unit).

I'm trying to find information about what I should expect to get when I sell the automatic transmission and the stock engine. The stock engine isn't currently running (and I don't know the exact issue, I wasn't concerned when I bought since I bought for the purpose of doing an engine swap).

I'm also replacing the chassis with DPI stainless chassis (because I live in Hawaii, which makes it hard to repair issues later and I have to deal with a humid climate near the ocean, so I want to prevent future rust issues). I am also planning to sell my chassis, which is in very good condition.

Anyway. I am not able to do the sales immediately, but I am interested in feedback about how I can judge the market so that I can price efficiently.

The market for DeLorean parts in general is "it depends". There's always demand for things like this, and I see someone at least once a month looking for such items and at varying prices (sometime gave away an auto trans last month, free). There's a used auto frame in NJ for instance at $1500. However, the shipping from HI is likely to be prohibitive unless someone needs everything and is preparing to spend a bunch of money on a complete frame off restoration.

I should have clarified: the car is on the mainland now for the work. So I’ll be selling the frame from the Austin, TX area and the car is currently in FL. I could sell the engine and transmission from either FL or TX.
