drivers window track

[glockworks21]

This has been off the rail since I have owned. the window still works but is sloppy in motion and rattles. I have pried on it lightly in different positions to try and get it back on. I do not think the plastic is broken or missing anything but not sure. Any trick without removing the entire assembly?
