I was just wondering how everyone secures some of the more delicate props so that they can withstand normal driving conditions. I built a replica Flux Capacitor a few months ago, not intending to put it in a car, but I feel like a lot of it would fall apart pretty quickly if I ever did. The acrylic light bars and tubes for example are just super-glued in place and you don't have a ton of material to "grab" with the glue because the parts are so finely detailed.

Is it a constant hassle to get this stuff re-secured in between drives? Or maybe I'm over-thinking it. The Flux Capacitor may be one of the more delicate items in the build.

Ah, that's great news! Good call on keeping it under 88! :-)
