Had same issue. Was going to ask a couple questions and buy something. Called for a few days straight. Last time left a message and no call back, so I gave up.

I've been in this hobby for 14 years. Not as long as some but long enough to learn a few things. There are very few vendors I trust, and even fewer that I like and respect. Rob Grady and Josh Bengston are the only 2 that meet both criteria.
