I will be tackling the replacement of my fuse block (have the DMC replacement kit) soon, and will be following detailed instructions that were posted here previously. I wanted to use heat shrink tubing to tidy up the back end of the wire connections, but wanted to ask what size tubing should I purchase? 1/4 inch diameter - smaller, larger?
Thanks!

I use these too... great to have. Its amazing how much technology has come with heat shrink connectors they are so much safer than old school crimp and tape.

Harbor Freight has a pretty good selection of heat shrink if you have one nearby.

Has anyone ever just replaced the fuse box with inline fuses? Seems like an easy solution??

Seems easy for 1 or 2 but if you imagine all of them together, it would be a bit of a rats nest to see if there were an issue quickly. Vs 20 or so in the fuse box you can systematically work your way through.
