One correction: This article suggests the car used in the ad was Rich's limo, however it was not. While it was no doubt inspired by Rich's car, the car used for filming was Chad Ludwig's car (public facebook photos of behind the scenes here (https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10160595390604652&set=pcb.7476338669097655)). They then used CGI to stretch it out.
