Spinning captive nut i can't get to

Separating the frame and body and one of the cabin bolts is spinning freely because the captive nut has come free. What are my options?

I can't get to it from below and I'm worried that if I cut the head off the bolt that there will still be enough bolt to prevent the body from lifting

Crisis averted.

I cut the head off the bolt, then knocked the metal fastener apart, giving enough room for the bolt to come free when I lifted the body

I had this problem many years ago. I bent the frame flange down until i could jam a long screwdriver up into the captive nut, then a quick prayer over the bolt. I may have jammed a screwdriver on both sides of the nut. It's been a few years.
