Having rebuilt the wur im now needing to raise both cold and warm pressure,
This is what i have;
System 5.2
Cold control 0.6 bar at 15c (should be 2)
Rises to 3 when pump disconnected.
Warm.
Control 2.3 bar (should be 3.4-3.8)
Vac takes it down to 1.4bar. 10 seconds after release back to 2.3
Rises to 3 as soon as pump / heater power removed.
I have removed the fuel distributor, inspected ports, and blown through fuel tank return hose, can hear it bubbling in the tank.
Im thinking maybe remove a shim from the fd, to get it to drop system to 5.
Ive read many posts, but still cant work out how to increase both cold/warm pressures At the same time. Apart from hitting the fuel ports disc into the housing, and the Threaded part (normally painted red) in to increase cold.
Is there a better way? Maybe screwing in the hex head into the diaphragm???
And why when i cut power to the pump, Does the pressure hit 3 when warm or cold??
