The frame all by itself, no chassis, suspension, nothing?
It's like 240lbs

Two people can pretty easily pick it up and move it around. It's mostly hollow. I suggest getting a furniture dolly from Harbor Freight, that makes it very easy to move about.

Well it would have the tires on it but good to know a simple 1000 pond dolly would work

Might as well, the hardest part of disconnecting the rest of the car from the frame is probably the A/C lines at the evaporator, they can be pretty seized up if you're an unlucky person. If you don't have a lift, you're going to have to use bricks and 6x6 beams outboard of the body to lift it above the chassis because the wheels are going to hit the jackstands as you have them placed currently. I don't recommend using 4x4 beams, that is what I used and after a couple months they were starting to crack. Either use a 6x6 or three 2x6 bolted together.

I think I'm going to just forget the wheels all together. AC lines won't be a problem already been in those once before

Don't forget we have a body-frame separation checklist here -

Well checklist completed only thing left is the bolts holding the frame to the body.....
Don't ask how I'm lowering the frame cause my only response is use the force Luke
