My side markers have stopped working on the passenger side only. I have purchased new bulbs and verified that they are working correctly, but it appears I am not receiving any power to them. Do you have any idea what the problem could be? All the fuses look to be good.

My guess is a corroded bullet connector behind the front wheel?

Do all other lights work?

You already said that the fuses seem to be ok, but have you tried to replace fuse 8 anyway?

I accidentally blew it once, but as Dave says other lights were gone at the same time

Well with your multimeter, where does the power end? Have you metered that side of the bullet connector?

This happened to me. Issue was I shorted 2 the circuit by the license plate lamps touching sometime during driving. I have aftermarket LED license lamps and connections were not secure moving around behind the fascia. Fuse kept blowing every time I turned the lights on.

Verified exterior lamp connections were clean and in good shape.
Unplugged the black bulkhead connector in the engine bay, corrected/secured license plate wiring, replaced fuse.
Plugged black bulkhead connector back in and all exterior lights working as designed.
