Something I just though of someone should make for our cars. A fuel tank closing plate with the back end lowered (maybe one inch). I thought of this because when my car was up on ramps in front and the tank showed a little over 1/8 indicated on level ground, the engine would not run because of no fuel getting to the pump.
It would also get you more room for the all in one pumps to clear the spare tire closing plate.
Not sure if you could raise the front of the tank any.
I may have things turned around?

You'd probably want the front of the tank lower since that is where the pump sits and where you would want the fuel to pool. You'd need to deal with having the gauge show more fuel than you really have since it is no longer level and an inch drop could be hazardous when it comes to road debris.
Unfortunately, my car is so low that I can't spare another inch. I can barely get a low profile jack under the frame.

Your correct, the pump and pickup are at the front of the car. I keep thinking the reverse for some reason. So our lowered front ends already help with the pickup if your rear end is stock height. I just thought of another problem with tilting the tank. You may create an air pocket so you could not completely fill the tank.
