I was watching a Utube and a guy mentioned he had a Euro spec engine and supposedly it was Dynoed at 160 hp. What is differnt in the Euro spec?

Basically an engine without the emissions control could be considered Euro spec. I call my DeLorean stage 2 since that's what I have just massaged a bit more with newer cams and EFI. (2002 DMCH S2+)
It's very linear and plenty of power to move and cruise even being an automatic.
