It is a piece of history, but not worth the price at all. There are other pieces of memorabilia that would rank higher on my list of must haves. Not because Haddad's name is attached, just because something like this doesn't interest me as much as other things. Namely either technical-type documents that show the engineering and architecture of either a physical item or business operations.

If one ever decides he needs these "historical" Delorean documents, they are not hard to find. People(namely DMC Seller) have been pushing this`stuff on ebay for at least the`last few years....and no sign of the supply of these "rare historical documents" getting low either.

I personally would buy a illuminated door sill kit, or a metal label set before I would buy some check or sketch signed by JZD.

My guess is that Delorean Museum is buying them? I hope they can be shared/published at some point, I don't know how fun it would be to keep them to oneself. From a few weeks ago, the letters from first owners back to the factory were pretty funny. One of the owners compared ownership to a relationship with a hot mistress, venereal disease and all.
