There's there wont be a restriction. Just go with Originals, 195s front and either 235's or 225's rear.

Don't go larger on the fronts if you value your fenders.

I'm running stock tire sizes with the Eibach kit purchased from DPI. No issues whatsoever.

What about sidewall heigth? I`m currently running 215/60`s front and 235/60`s rear.my Delorean is one of the level ones from the factory,no downward slant and these sizes completely fill the wheel well.slight rubbing on the inner plastic edge of front wheelwells on hard turns, never rubs on the rears.6864.

couldn't say.
I'm running stock 195's on my front wheels.
Got any pics? What do the fatter tires look like on a stock setup suspension up front? I'm curious.

Based on Dave's input above you should consider going back to 195-60's in front when you install the Eibach springs. The fact that the tires are not hitting the fenders now might only be because you haven't hit all of the full steering lock and full spring compression combos yet. The price of finding out might be pretty high.
Two other less-important reasons to get back on the 195's:
1. You might get back to the original turning radius vs whatever larger turning radius your car may be limited to with the 215's. The wider tires may be rubbing on the front sway bar at full lock, limiting your turn radius.
2. Your speedo will go back to normal. The 215's are making it read low.
