I have the fused wire link, part 111102 in place of the fan fail relay and it keeps blowing one fuse. Consequently one of the fans stops working, any suggestions? When they do run one seems to run at a slower speed to the other. They are new fans bought and fitted here in Australia.

I would try disconnecting the wires right at the slow fan and connect it directly to the battery to see if it comes up to speed.
If so, try substituting + and - one at a time to help find a bad connection etc.
If not, it is probably the new fan itself (swapping fans/wire sets would further verify).
If you had not of recently installed them I'd of guessed it was the ground connection...

The thing to do would be to measure the ampere draw on both fan motors. Could have a bad ground or a defective motor. The one running slower could have a bad bearing or something causing it to run slower and pull more amps.
