Does anyone know the Bosch part number for the cold start valve?

Here's the part number:

0 280 170 400

But, according to Hervey, Bosch has stopped making them, so you'll have to find someone who has some old stock. Hervey has them in stock. Take a look at the offering from RockAuto:
